The Quality Conversation is exactly what is missing in contact centers today. While the book is targeted at the conversation with the customer, the principles should be applied to every interaction, including internal customers, or employees. Leaders to often treat employees like a number, or one of the companies KPIs rather than taking genuine interest and building a positive relationship and culture. The book has changed the way I look at relationships not only in the workplace but in my personal life as well. Well done Bob Davis!
